All Coltrine chair has a warranty of 3 years. The warranty covers mechanical parts only, fabric upholstery is not included.

Any faulty part will need to be informed via email with pictures or video of the faulty parts and we will address the issue accordingly. The parts may deem not to be replaced if it is caused by the customer.


A refund can only be made before the product has been shipped out for delivery from the warehouse. The customer will need to contact us as soon as possible to arrange the cancellation.

The customer will not be entitled to a refund if parts are faulty. Instead, faulty parts will be replaced or fixed accordingly.
